A night of friendship and music was celebrated on the first ever Open Mic Night of CFC YFL District of Cubao, held last September 28th at the UP Diliman Balay Kalinaw.
Despite the strong rain that evening which caused delay, the event still pushed through and was well attended by both YFL and Non-YFL youth. With the front act performance of the official YFL cubao band, Parokya ni Pedro (PNP), the event featured performances such as Jam Session, DC Cut, Polysound, Circus Element, and LOL.
As a special treat to the audience and all the performers, guest band December Avenue serenaded the crowd, with their songs, one being a single that is still to be released.

To cap off the night, PNP led the crowd to sing a closing song “Kapitan” by Paraluman, dedicating the whole night for the greater glory of the Lord as we all acknowledge Him as the “Kapitan” of our lives.
