Growing up in a family that has been blessed to live a comfortable lifestyle, I admit that being in this mission is a challenge for me, a week not only far from home, but also far from the environment I’m used to be surrounded with. But being there made me realize how simple life can be, we would always look for God’s grand gesture in our everyday lives to feel how blessed we are but we always fail to see that His love can be found in the simplest things. Living their lives in a simple manner was never a hindrance for them to serve and make God’s love known in Mindoro, and that inspired me to aim more for my area.
