San Lorenzo, Makati City. — Last Friday, December 6, 2013, Assumption College San Lorenzo was blessed to have invited representatives of Campus-Based in the Worship Workshop.

It was attended by some of the first year and second year students of Assumption College. Participation was really evident in the activity especially in the teaching of songs that was led by Kuya Jo-i Villas, Live Pure Movement’s fulltime pastoral worker.

Kuya Kevin Remandaban on the other hand, oriented the students about what worship is all about, it was brief yet concise in a way that it encapsulates the true essence of worship.

Towards the end of the activity, as the students sang praises to our God, one can see the openness and willingness of the students in this very special way of communicating with God which is worship. There were lots of positive feedbacks among the students who attended and they are enthusiastic about having another session of it the next time around. It was really an afternoon well spent with the Lord because not only did the students get to enjoy the company of their friends but they have also shared their time in the loving presence of God.
